With one-on-one training, you’ll start with an individualized assessment to help determine your starting fitness level and develop an exercise program just for you.
And it doesn’t stop there. Our helpful staff will support you, assist with using equipment safely, proper technique, and logging and tracking your progress.
Every month we will re-evaluate your personal fitness program, making appropriate changes and adjustments along the way so you can continue to get the results you want. Our goal is to keep your workouts mentally fun, interesting and motivating as well as physically effective and challenging.
